Also, gave his inputs on importance and responsibilities of the Management program.

We had with us Chief Guest Dr. S K Tripathi, Ph.D. in Human Behaviour with 34 years of record achievements in teaching and research. Dr. S K Tripathi shared his words of wisdom about improvement in skills and abilities, personality change. Also, told students how important it is to set everyday goals and to compete with self, it is better to say it is “Incorrect” rather “WRONG”. As, when you say incorrect there is always a chance to correct and improve.

The next speaker was Mr.Ashish Chauhan, Managing Partner of IDEATARMAC Company. Mr.Chauhan spoke about the importance of reading books to gather knowledge and information rather than always looking for already prepared materials. Gaining extra knowledge always makes an individual different from the rest. The 1st half of the program was concluded with the felicitation of chief guest and guest of honor followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. H Prabhakar.

The 2nd half of the program was a brief introduction of PGDM course and academic details conducted by IIBS Registrar Prof. Rizwan Ali Baig. The objective of the program was to make students aware of the course and its requirements and academic procedure. The program was followed by a presentation on the importance of Library and its usage done by Mr. Umesh.

The afternoon session was handled by Mr.Tony Paul, IIBS Alumni Association (IAA) President, currently working in Microland as a senior analyst for delivery and operations. Mr. Tony conducted Business Simulation program where students were divided in a different department like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, IT etc., and was asked to perform various roles in their respective departments chosen. It was indeed very interesting as it gave students an idea about various areas and made them active throughout with continuous activities.

The program ended with a cultural program where students were asked to sing, dance. The idea of doing such program is to bring all the students from different states and culture together and perform.
