IIBS organized an industrial visit to Gover Zampa Vineyards on the 12th day of the MOM programme. Grover Zampa Vineyards was founded in 1988 by Mr. Kanwal Grover and Mr. Georges Vesselle with the goal of revitalizing India's stale wine-drinking culture. Grover Vineyards is spread across 400 acres of land at the foot of the Nandi Hills in Bangalore.

The trip was led by Prof. Nagaraj and Prof. Sibananda Das. We arrived at the venue at 11 a.m. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Rupak Nair, Wine Industry Expert and Operation Manager, who enthusiastically welcomed us and informed us about the entire wine manufacturing process. The students were learning every detail of producing high-quality wine. MBA Program in Bangalore

He has gone over the entire manufacturing process, from selecting the best grapes to crushing them, processing, fermentation, and aging, to bottling and packaging. He also explained the various types of wines, the cultures that will be added, storage containers, time durations, various filtration processes, packaging, and distribution. He then took us to wine steel tanks and underground winery cabinets. We even had our own cozy setting where we sampled various wines and felt their aura fill the air. Being there was a lot of fun and learning. Top MBA colleges in Bangalore

Our trip to the Grover Zampa Vineyard was fantastic, and it was especially rewarding for the students. This program looked at a variety of introductory topics through the lens of India's innovative wine community and distinctive wine styles.

To summarise this brief report, it was an excellent learning experience, with our students raising the bar in terms of learning passion.
